Understand

Design
A simple plan for the move, including what happens to your email, so nothing is lost.

We move the site across, usually with no downtime you would notice, and test everything.
Run
This service is the Run stage. We monitor, back up, renew and fix, month after month.
WHAT IT COSTS AND HOW IT RUNS
Hosting is a fixed monthly plan, from £14 a month, with free setup and transfer. Bigger sites and online shops sit on larger plans.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.30. Emergencies outside that go to Jon’s mobile.

What is included in the monthly plan?
Hosting on UK servers, daily backups, SSL, domain and email management, security updates and small changes to your site.
Can you host a site you did not build?
Usually. We check it over first and tell you about anything that needs fixing before we take it on.
What happens if my site goes down?
We are told by our monitoring, normally before you are, and we fix it. We host the sites ourselves, so there is no third party to chase.
Do you offer guaranteed response times?
Yes. For businesses that need one, we offer support agreements with an agreed response time, sized to suit you.
