This website is run by Superr Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17467133). Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. If you send an enquiry we receive your name and email address, plus your company, phone number and message if you choose to give them. We use this only to reply to you and to talk about working together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries you have sent us.
The form is delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service, which processes the message on our behalf. We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live and delete those that go nowhere within 24 months. We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
We use Plausible Analytics to count visits, see which pages are read, and count a few actions such as a sent enquiry or a tap on our phone number. Plausible does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device, and does not collect personal data or track you across websites. All figures are aggregate. That is why there is no cookie banner on this site.
This website sets no cookies of its own. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own hosting, so your visit is not shared with advertising or social networks.
Like every web server, ours keeps short-lived technical logs, which include IP addresses, to keep the site secure and working. These are not used to identify visitors.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will deal with it within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
