HOW IT FITS: UNDERSTAND, DESIGN, BUILD, RUN
Understand
We map how the work moves today and where it sticks. You get a report and a recommendation, including whether to buy something standard after all.
Design
The process first, then the screens and the data behind them. You approve the scope and a fixed price before any code is written.
Build
Built in-house over six to fourteen weeks. You see working software every week and can change your mind early, when it is cheap.
Run
Training, documentation, hosting and support. You own the system outright and pay no licence fee for it.
WHAT IT COSTS AND HOW IT RUNS
Projects run from about £5k for a focused internal tool to £50k for a full platform. The price is fixed and written down before we start.
You deal with Jon from the first conversation to hand over. A small team of developers and designers builds alongside him.

QUESTIONS WE GET ASKED
Should we buy off-the-shelf or build bespoke?
Buy when a standard product fits how you work and the licence cost is reasonable. Build when you would have to change the business to fit the product, or when the licences cost more over a few years than owning the software. We will say which we think applies to you, even when the answer is to buy.
Who owns the software?
You do. There is no licence fee and no per-seat charge. If you ever want another developer to work on it, you can.
What does bespoke software cost?
Most of our projects are between £5k and £50k. The price is fixed once the scope is agreed, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
How do you keep our data safe?
Access is set by role and enforced on the server. Sign-in uses two steps, data is encrypted and backups run automatically. We treat a system that holds your customer relationships accordingly.
We are not in Essex. Does that matter?
No. We are based in Southend-on-Sea and work with clients across the UK. Most of the work happens on calls and shared screens, with visits when it helps to see the work done in person.
