AI consultancy for small businesses, starting with the work it can actually do.
Most small businesses do not need an AI strategy. They need to know which two or three jobs AI can take off someone’s desk this year, and someone to build that properly.
WHO IT'S FOR
Owners and directors who keep hearing that AI will change everything and want a straight answer about what it would change for them. You may have tried ChatGPT and found it useful for emails and not much else.
We work with businesses that have real data in their systems: orders, customers, jobs, visits. That is where AI is useful, because it has something true to work from.
PROBLEMS IT SOLVES
WHAT YOU GET
An AI opportunity review
A short piece of work that lists where AI would save time in your business, what each would cost to build and what we would not bother with.
Briefings written from your data
In Radar, one tap writes a plain-English brief before a partner visit. What took a rep 30 minutes of digging takes 30 seconds.
Voice to clean notes
A rep presses a button and says how the meeting went. The system transcribes it, picks out what matters, files the note and suggests follow-up tasks.
Numbers you can trust
Every figure is computed by the system. The AI writes the words around it. It never invents a number.
HOW IT FITS: UNDERSTAND, DESIGN, BUILD, RUN
Understand
An AI opportunity review, usually two to four weeks. We look at the work, the data you hold and the risks, and recommend a short list.
Design
We decide what the AI is allowed to do and what stays with a person. Privacy and accuracy are settled here, before the build.
Build
AI features are built into the tools your team already uses, so nobody has to learn a new habit. You see it working each week.
Run
We watch how it is used, adjust the prompts and the rules, and train your team to get more from it.
WHAT IT COSTS AND HOW IT RUNS
An opportunity review is a small fixed-price project. Building AI features into a system usually forms part of a wider software project between £5k and £50k.
We will tell you when AI is the wrong tool. Plenty of problems are solved faster with ordinary software and a clear rule.
AN EXAMPLE
to prepare for a partner visit, down from 30 minutes. Every Monday, before anyone logs in, the system has already reviewed each territory’s week and written it up.
READ THE RADAR CASE STUDY →QUESTIONS WE GET ASKED
Will AI make things up about our business?
It can if it is asked to produce facts. We avoid that by design. The system calculates every figure from your data and the AI only writes the explanation around it.
Is our data safe?
We choose providers and settings so your data is not used to train public models, and we agree what may and may not be sent before anything is built. Sensitive fields can be kept out entirely.
Do we need a big budget to start?
No. The review is a small piece of work and the first build is often one feature inside a system you already have. Start with one job that wastes time every week.
We already use ChatGPT. What would you add?
A general chatbot does not know your customers, orders or history. We connect AI to your own systems so it can answer from real information, and we put it where the work happens so people actually use it.
What if AI is not the right answer?
Then we say so. Many of the biggest savings we have found came from plain automation with no AI in it.
